Because of our domestication of the electron in the 1800s and the ultimate implementation of that domestication in the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW), we are the first generation that has access to extreme self-education.  Proximity to a classroom or a library is not longer a prerequisite to learning.

This means that in many cases traditional degrees have become irrelevant and sometimes financially crippling.

As a generation, it’s time to rethink our trillion-dollar education debt.

Even working at Burger King can teach us a lot.

 

We can learn logistics, HR, Customer Service, Pricing, Marketing, Technology, and/or food services.  All those things are classes one can take in a traditional university.

The point being that today, more than every, learning is available everywhere.
